We have two tracks: Enrichment and Instructor.

Enrichment: Use your training and our curriculum right away to enhance your current therapy, movement, dance, or other practice.

Instructor: Build on our curriculum training to become an official BB4B Instructor by completing a practicum. Use all of our materials, logos, and more!

Try it: Our 2-hour Introduction to Ballroom Basics for Balance™ course is suitable for groups. Virtual or in-person. Begin using the principles right away!

Full Core curriculum training: Take our 7-hour Ballroom Basics for Balance™ Core Curriculum Training. Enrichment and Instructor Track. In-person or hybrid.

Inclusive training:  This new 7-hour training has a special focus on adapting BB4B’s core curriculum to emphasize the basics. Appropriate for use with those in assisted living facilities or others who need extra support and time to enjoy the benefits of dance to enhance joy, mobility and balance. 

Community: No matter how much training you choose, we invite ALL to continue in community – sharing ideas, resources, and asking questions.

ALL of our classes benefit from volunteers.
